Racing has been a dream of mine for the past 15 years.  I am now 28 years old and finally living my dream.  I have been married to my wife for 5 years, no children as of yet.  She supports my racing 100%.  I have lived in El Campo all of my life and been coming to Texana Raceway Park for 15 years as a spectator to watch local well-known stock car driver,Adam Perks.

Racing Career highlights:       

 

“Mills Scores Championship in Rookie Season”

Along with the championship I won my first feature on only my 3rd race.  It was an outstanding year and I still have to look at the trophies and pictures to ensure myself it did happen.

 

Memorable moment:            

 My most memorable moment by far is the last points night of the 2007 season.  The Championship came down to just this one night.  My worst finish of entire season so far had been 8th place, and to secure the Championship I had to finish 11th or better.  I was really nervous.  Suspense built after I was involved in a mishap that caused a caution and placed me at the end of the field.  Wanting the Championship really bad in only

my rookie season,  I drove cautiously back up to the 5th place spot were I would finish and secure the Championship.
